Summary	0000623: ncFTP 3.2.5 ncftpbookmarks does not respect terminfo or TERMCAP
Description	Cannot run ncftpbookmarks from ncftp-3.2.5-os2-20131222b.zip. At first, I thought this was related to my local terminfo or TERMCAP, but this seems less and less likely to be the case.
Steps To Reproduce	Set term data appropriately: TERM=ansi-color-3 TERMCAP=c:/MPTN/ETC/TERMCAP.DAT TERMINFO=j:/usr/share/terminfo Run ncftpbookmarks.exe. Result: Program appears to be starting (disk activity; momentary pause), then returns with: Error opening terminal: ansi-color-3. and exits.
