Summary | 0000094: httpd exits in response to restart requests
Description | httdp is supposed to respond to the HUP (1) signal with a hard restart and to the USR1 (16) signal with a graceful restart. HUP appears to always result in a shutdown. USR1 intermittently results in a shutdown. emxkill is probbably the easiest way to generate the signals. The attached tweaked version of apachectrl may also be useful.
