mysqld.exe
or
mysqld.exe --tmpdir=c:\tmp

create a number of *.tmp files at C:'s root (at C:\ )

 TMPDIR env. var is set to C:\tmp

Running
mysqld.exe --tmpdir=\tmpsql

create *.tmp at \tmpsql directory
TagsNo tags attached.
